Program Goals:

The overall goal of Major Quality Care, LLC, is to maximize each resident’s cognitive, affective, physical health and psychomotor skills in order to help them obtain their highest possible level of functioning and independence.  Our mission is to provide quality care to our residents to maximize their quality of life. This will be accomplished through our service principals provided by are compassionate and outgoing staff:   

·         Celebrate the individuality and differences of each resident

·         Respect the right to privacy and independence

·         Provide quality care consistently

·         Preserve the dignity of each resident in our care

·         Respecting our clients space

·         Understanding dislikes and likes and incorporating their wants into their activities

·         Involve family and loved ones in care planning

​We provide attitudes of hopefulness, a structured, yet warm environment, individual treatment plans with realistic goals, and the opportunity for group living and social interaction.  Essential to our program is an emphasis on tasks of daily living along with community integration, such as religious activities, cultural events, and social interaction through community events and activities.  Each resident will have a goal oriented Individual Service Plan that will be discussed and reviewed with case managers, guardians, families, and others involved in their lives.
